Q. Will you be sharing my information with anyone? How do I know you won't steal my credit card information if I join?
A. You can rest assured we will never ever share or sell your information with anyone. We absolutely value your privacy and take the utmost security precautions to prevent anyone from ever accessing your information, including our staff members. The only one who will ever see your credit card information are the trusted merchant banks and credit card companies that process the transactions, even we don't have access to that information.

Q. I lost my log-in information, can you help?
A. Yes, we will do all we can to help you retrieve it. Firstly, please check your email and spam folders and try to find the email you received when you signed up. That contains all of your password information. If it got deleted or lost, please provide us with all the information you can, including your full name, email you signed up with and anything else you can remember, and then send us a support ticket at the PANORAMA PACIFIC MEMBER HELP DESK
